Pear Brandy Sidecar
2oz Orcas Island Distillery Pear Brandy
1oz Cointreau (or other orange liqueur)
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz (or less) fresh orange juice
Super fine sugar as garnish
Run a lemon wedge around the edge of a cocktail glass and then dip into the sugar.
Shake the other ingredients in an ice filled shaker and strain into the glass.
Garnish with a lemon or orange twist
1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz Apple Brandy Eau De Vie from our distillery
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
3 dashes Abbott's or Angostura bitters
Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a martini or coupe glass garnished with an orange twist.
1 oz apple brandy
1 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz London dry gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
3 dashes celery bitters
Craft ginger ale (to taste)
Combine first five ingredients and ice and shake. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with celery leaves and fanned apple slices.
The Bee's Knees
2 shots - Orcas Island Distillery Gin
3 teaspoons honey
3/4 shot fresh lemon juice
Stir the honey with the gin until the honey dissolves, add lemon juice and shake with ice. Strain and pour into a Martini glass
1 1/2 oz Ferry Dock Gin
1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/8 oz Cointreau or other orange liqueur
1 splash Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice and pour into a Martini glass garnished with a twist of fresh orange
